BALL VALVES

WENLEN offers a varied and full line of valves according to the API 6D specifications with SIL and fire certifications. They include standard, special and NACE sour service designs in a significant temperature range, of DN ½” to 36” and series 150 to 2500 with threaded ends to weld and flanged in molten steel or forged from a carbon alloy, stainless and resistant to corrosion (for example, monel, duplex and superduplex).
They can be provided along with a thermoplastic, elastomeric or metal-to-metal closing system with manual lever or reductor actuation, or with automated pneumatic, hydraulic and gas-hydraulic actuator of single and double effect with manual or hydraulic emergency override and partial stroke device.
These sets are also provided with different types of position indicators, as well as different control system settings with pneumatic or hydraulic circuit, with a standard or customized design according to the client’s requirements (for example, high or low shear, line break, etcetera).
Manual and automated Orbital-like designs are offered within this line with the same criteria previously described.
